Explanation 2 to section '139'
partner of a firm whose accounts are required to be audited under 44AB Act or under any other law for the time being in force, In this case, the due date of the partner will be the same as the due date of the Partner ship firm (

).

31st day of October and extended 15 Feb 2021.
