Income tax || Going Not Responding while click on Income tax Auditor

Solution:

Case 1: If issue related to DLL files and software related files - To resolve the error, please follow the steps provided below-

Step 1: Navigate to the root location of the software, which can be either "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support" or "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support."
Step 2: Open the Update.exe file and click on Download Manager.

             
Step 3: Download the KDK Support (old), Zen IT and DLL-Full files.

                        

Step 4: Extract the downloaded files and install KDK Support file.
Step 5: Copy the Zen IT files and the contents of the folder, then paste them into the root location of the software:
            For 64-bit systems: C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen IT
            For 32-bit systems: C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen IT
Step 6: Copy all DLL files and paste them at the following locations:
            For 32-bit systems: "c:\windows\system32"
            For 64-bit systems: "c:\windows\syswow64"
Also check to execute the MDAC files in this and if not than login with administrator account and reinstall the complete software in this user account.
After that restore the same database.

Case 2: Issue is related to Database Files,  Please follow the below troubleshoot (On server system of software)

Make a Copy of the data:       To do so,   Go to C:\mysql >> Copy “Data” folder and Paste it to any safe location.

Once the back up is done, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Open the Software location where the software is installed.    (Right click on the software icon >> Properties >> Target Path)

      Default Location:    C:\Program Files (x86) \K.D.K. Software\KDK Support    OR      C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support


2. Open Data Viewer >>     

3. Click on Connect Button.

             

4. Go to Tools  >> Repair

            

5. Select the Database from the drop-down:
            

Note: If the error appears in Spectrum Software, we need to repair Spectrum and Spectrum_bs and for Taxsuit Software we need to repair taxsuit and taxsuite_bs.

6. Click on Execute Button.  Once the files are repaired, select other's from the drop-down and execute one by one.
7. Close the Data Viewer and then run the software.

Note : If same issue occur, you are requested to restore the data through KBU files.

How to recover data through .kbu Files?
