Please note
due to some security concerns of Windows Vista \ Windows 7 \ Windows 8 or Windows 10 you are not able to run
the software. However, to resolve the issue please run the software using
administrator account, to do so please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the location "C:\Program Files\K.D.K.
Software\Spectrum".
2. Right click on Zen Spectrum icon (red
color) and go to "Properties" tab.
3. Now go to "compatibility" tab, in this window check the option "Run as
administrator account".
4. Then click on "Apply" and "Ok".

1. To resolve
the error, Go to Root location of the software - "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support" OR "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"
2. Open Update.exe file and click on Download Manager
3. Download here > [KDK
Support(old)] and [DLL-FULL]

4. Install
KDK Support
5. After that
Extract DLL folder and copy all DLL files and paste it at the following
location:
"c:\windows\system32" for 32-bit system or "c:\windows\syswow64" for 64-bit
system
Process-3
1. To resolve the error, Go to Root location of the software - "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support" OR "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"
2. Open Update.exe file and click on Download Manager
3. Download here > Zen IT Auditor
4. Extract the downloaded file.
5. Copy the files and contents of the folder and paste to
the root location of the software:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K.
Software\Spectrum\Zen IT" or
"C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen IT"
This should
resolve the issue.
