Excel Import Process for 3CD Data
The Excel import process helps you fill out specific clauses that require detailed information and annexures. For other clauses, manual data entry into the software is required.
Please follow the steps below to import 3CD data using Excel.
Step 1: Open the client profile and click on the "Prepare" button under the 'Audit Summary' section.
Step 2: Select either '3CA-3CD' or '3CB-3CD', then click on '3CD' and choose any specific clause from Form 3CD.
Step 3: Click on the 'Import Excel' option. Then, select 'Click here to download template' to download the 3CD Excel template.
Step 4: Once the template is downloaded, fill in all relevant data in the appropriate sheets provided in the 3CD Excel template. Ensure that you enter the data based on your records.
Step 5: After entering the data, browse to the saved Excel file location and click on the 'Import' button.
Step 6: If you have already entered some information into the software, note that it will be replaced by the data from the Excel file upon import. If you want to retain any annexures you prepared within the software, you can uncheck them before importing the Excel data.
Step 7: Click 'Import', then confirm by clicking 'Yes'.
Your data will now be successfully imported into the software.
