How to update TDS Software manually

Solution:

In Case of Client is using Spectrum software and wants to update the Zen TDS only :


To resolve the error please follow the steps provided below:

1. Go to Root location of the software - "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"   OR   "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"

2. Open Update.exe file and click on Download Manager

            

3. Download here > Zen TDS and DLL-Full.

                  

4. Extract the downloaded files.
5.  Copy the Zen TDS files and contents of the folder and paste to the root location of the software:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen TDS"    or          "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen TDS"

     and copy all DLL files and paste it at the following location:
    "c:\windows\system32" for 32-bit system  or  "c:\windows\syswow64" for 64-bit system


In Case of Client is using Zen TDS Software only :

  1. Copy the Zen TDS files and contents of the folder and paste to the root location of the software:
            "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\Zen TDS"    or          "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\Zen TDS"
  1. Copy all DLL files and paste it at the following location:
            "c:\windows\system32" for 32-bit system  or  "c:\windows\syswow64" for 64-bit system
