How to Reset - Login Password
To Change/Reset Password, follow these steps:
Click on the Profile Icon
located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Once the Profile Icon is clicked, you'll see two tabs: "Profile" and "My Subscribed Plan."
Click on the "Profile" tab.
In the "Profile" tab, locate the last option which is labeled as "Reset Password."
In the "Reset Password" section, you need to perform the following actions:
Enter your OLD Password.
Enter your desired New Password.
Confirm your New Password by entering it again.
After entering the required information and ensuring your new password meets the specified criteria, click the "Save" button.
Ensure that your new password adheres to the following criteria:
Contains at least 1 Number.
Contains at least 1 Uppercase Character.
Contains at least 1 Lowercase Character.
Contains at least 1 Special Character.
Is a minimum of 8 characters in length.
Restart the software.
Upon restarting, the newly set password will be updated for Sign-in.
