How to fill detail in 'gray fields' in Profit and loss.
In the xbrl format, when you enter Profit Loss Loss , then there are some fields in Profit and loss which you have to give information in detail, You have to give their details in the option of the 'Notes to Profit & Loss '. let's understand this with following example in software.
Example -
Suppose we have to enter the value in the "Changes in inventories of finished goods, work-in-progress and stock-in-trade" fields which are gray field in Profit and loss.
For this, you can find it by clicking on the navigation button in the right side, where you will have to put the detail in the 'notes to profit & loss' .
As you click on the navigation button, the software redirects you to the location (Transaction >Notes to P&L >Additional Information ) where you have to enter the details.
