To enter the number of shares in the directors details, you must first fill in the 'share capital' details under 'formats':

Step 1:

Go into Transactions > Balance Sheet > Formats > Share detail:

Enter here Number of share in "(Opening) No. Of Share" detail:

Step 3:

Now Go to Audit >Company Audit >Directors:

Step 4:

Here you can check that the details of the number of shares must appear in the Directors' Report:
