  1. Access the Client selection window by pressing "F8" Button or Master → Client Selection (Add, Edit, Delete).
      
  1. Select the specific client you intend to modify.
      
  1. Click on the "Edit" button.
  2. Upon receiving a prompt message, proceed by clicking "Yes".
      
  1. If there is an existing assessment year, kindly remove it at this stage.
      
  1. Proceed to the Master section and confirm your actions by clicking "OK".
      
  1. Now, you can make the necessary edits to the client's information.
      
  1. After completing the modifications, ensure to click on the "Update" button to save your changes.
