How to create shortcut through Zen Admin?

First, ensure that the "Run this program as an administrator" option is disabled for both Spectrum.exe and Zen Admin.exe files.

For Spectrum.exe:
  1. Right-click on Spectrum.exe.
  2. Select "Properties" → "Compatibility".
  3. Uncheck "Run this program as an administrator".
For Zen Admin.exe:
  1. Right-click on Zen Admin.exe.
  2. Select "Properties" → "Compatibility".
  3. Uncheck "Run this program as an administrator".
To create a shortcut via Zen Admin, adhere to these steps:
  1. Navigate to the root location of the software, typically found at:
    1. C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support or
    2. C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support
  2. Double-click on Zen Admin.exe.
            

  1. Input User Name: Administrator.          
            

  1. Set Password and Confirm Password: Administrator account Password.
  2. Input Domain: Domain name or system Name.
  3. Click "Browse" and select the Spectrum.exe path.
            

  1. Press the "Add" Button.
            

  1. Select "Existing Product" and click on "Create Shortcut".
  2. Click "Apply" and then "Ok".
            

Upon double-clicking the shortcut, if the screen displays incorrect information such as User name, password, or Domain, please verify and repeat the process as necessary.
