Click the Profile Icon

available in the right top corner.
For Zen IT and Zen TDS also the Profile Icon is available on right top corner.
Once clicked on Profile, two tabs named ”Profile” and “My Subscribed Plan” are visible on the window as shown below-
In Profile tab – You can Change complete Personal & Contact Information and save it.
To Change Mobile number –
Click on Edit

Button available beside Mobile number.
Enter New Mobile Number and click on Done.
Remember: OTP will be send on the new Mobile No provided
Click on Ok and enter OTP (Valid for next 15 mins) sent to the New mobile number.
Verify OTP.
On successful verification of the OTP, Mobile number will be updated in the profile.
Now the user needs to Sign in using the new mobile number if logged out.
However, the new number will be auto populated.
To Change Email Address –
The process for email ID is similar to that of Mobile number change.
Click on Edit

Button beside Email Address.
Enter New email id (OTP will be send on the new email id provided)
Enter OTP (Valid for next 15 mins) sent to your email id and click on Verify OTP.
After successful verification of OTP, email id will be updated in the Profile.
Here the user is free to change the Organization Name. Once changed click on Save to update the profile details.
However, he is not allowed to change the Firm type.
