ZenROC || How to Generate Share Certificate
How to generate Share Certificate:
Form SH-1: is an format of Share Certificate which is a document issued by Company evidencing that the person named in the certificate is owner of number shares of Company as specified in the Certificate.
Follow the below steps to generate Form SH-1:
Go to Transaction > Share and securities > initial subscriber:
Now click on "New" button and select share holder name:
Provide all the basic details:
1. Witness.
2. No of share taken.
3. Rate per share.
There is no need to enter the distinctive number software takes automatic as per the sequential order.
Now save and generate report:
