Process for Validate, Upload, and E-File a Return in ExpressTDS

Follow these steps to complete the process of validating, uploading, and e-filing a return in ExpressTDS:

Step 1: Log In and Access Deductor Master
  1. Visit www.expresstds.com and log in using your username and password.
  2. Navigate to the Deductor Master page.
  3. From the list of deductors, select the relevant company or deductor.
Step 2: View the Raised Return
  1. Locate the return you have raised and click on the “View” option.
      
  1. Prepare and review the return details to ensure all data is accurate.
Step 3: Validate and Upload the Return
  1. Select the “Validate & Upload” option.
      
  1. Choose either “Generate FVU (IT Portal)” or “Generate FVU (Oltas)” based on your specific filing requirements.
      

Step 4: E-File the Return
  1. Click on the “E-file” option.
      
  1. You will be redirected to the Income Tax portal to complete the e-filing process.
