To download the 26AS Tax details Part A & B (TDS Details) online from the Income Tax website, follow these steps:

Go to Transactions > Tax Detail option. In the left panel of the screen, click on "26AS Online"

A new window will open. Ensure that your password is filled in, then click on the "26AS Online" button.

The window will automatically move and land on the page titled "View Form 26AS [Tax Credit]."

Click on the "Yes" button.

Once confirmed, the Tax Details import window will appear.

Wait for a few seconds, and you will receive the message "Import done successfully"

Check the imported data in Transactions > Tax Detail.

Check the XML File save location to be correct: Go to Tools > Income Tax option > Point no 30

      

Check System Regional and Date Setting from Control Panel. Set Region Formats to be English (United States) and Date format to be dd/MM/yyyy.

      

Allow full Permission to the KDK DATA folder (Available in C Drive).

If the KDK DATA folder is missing, generate an XML file to create the KDK DATA folder automatically.

Once all the above steps are completed, proceed to the "26AS Online" option and confirm again.

These steps should resolve the issue.
