TDS || Form 16 Generation (Software Format)
To accurately generate Form 16 using the software, follow these detailed steps:
- Open the software and navigate to the "Deductee Transaction" section.
- In this section, find and click on "Salary Details (Annexure II)".
- Choose the appropriate employee's for whom you are generating Form 16.
- Select the relevant section 115BAC (1A), if applicable. This step may vary based on specific requirements.
- Enter the complete income and deduction details for the selected employee, ensuring accuracy.
- After entering all necessary information, save the record to proceed further.
Next, follow these steps to generate the report:
- Go to the "Reports" section and select "Form 16 [Form 24Q]".
- Click on "Continue Print / Part B".
- Select the employee's or click on the 'Select All' button, then click on the 'Export in PDF' button.
- Choose the location where you want to save the PDF files.
- If you wish to generate only "Form 16 - Part B", check the box labeled "Export/Print PDF [Only Form 16 - Part B]" and then click on the 'Export in PDF' button.
By meticulously following these steps, you can ensure the accurate generation of Form 16 using the software.
