- Navigate to Annexure 9 - Open the inner column of Annexure 9 within Form 10BB.
- Select the Relation - In the Relation section, choose the appropriate value from the dropdown menu.
- Save the Information - Once you have made the appropriate selection, ensure that the data is saved correctly.
After completing these steps, review the filing to confirm that the issue has been resolved.

Resolution: To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below to update Annexure 9 in Form 10BB:
- Navigate to Annexure 9 - Access the inner column of Annexure 9 in Form 10BB.
- Select the Flag - In the "Whether there is any change in Relation" section, indicate any changes in the relationships of individuals (e.g., trustees, members) by selecting Yes or No.
- Save the Information - After making the appropriate selection (Yes/No), ensure the data is saved accurately.
