1. Navigate to Annexure 9 - Open the inner column of Annexure 9 within Form 10BB.
   

      

1. Select the Relation - In the Relation section, choose the appropriate value from the dropdown menu.

      

1. Save the Information - Once you have made the appropriate selection, ensure that the data is saved correctly.
   

      

After completing these steps, review the filing to confirm that the issue has been resolved.

1. Select the Flag - In the "Whether there is any change in Relation" section, indicate any changes in the relationships of individuals (e.g., trustees, members) by selecting Yes or No.
   

      

1. Save the Information - After making the appropriate selection (Yes/No), ensure the data is saved accurately.
