If you encounter an issue logging into the software after multiple incorrect password attempts, follow the steps below to reset your password:

Initiate Password Reset
Go to the login screen and click on the "Forgot Password" option.

      

Enter Registered Mobile Number
On the next screen, enter your registered mobile number and click on the "Send" button.

      

Verify OTP
You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP in the provided field and click on the "Verify OTP" button.

      

Set New Password
  1. Once the OTP is verified, a new screen will appear.
  2. Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again in the Confirm Password field.
  3. Click on the "Update Password" button.
      

Login with New Password
  1. Return to the SIGN-IN screen.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number and the newly updated password.
  3. Click on the "Login" button.
By following these steps, you can reset your password without any assistance.
