Viewing and Downloading Notices & Orders in ExpressTDS
ExpressTDS provides a comprehensive feature that allows users to view and download all Notices and Orders for all Deductors within a single-page view. This centralized interface simplifies the monitoring and management of multiple Deductors' notices and orders, streamlining the process of accessing necessary documents without navigating individual Deductor profiles.
- Notices in ExpressTDS refer to official communications or alerts issued by the Income Tax Department to the Deductor or taxpayer regarding issues such as discrepancies, delays, or compliance concerns related to TDS filings.
- Orders refer to formal directives from the Income Tax Department issued after the assessment or review of TDS returns or compliance matters. An order may result from a notice, audit findings, or non-compliance.
Steps to View and Download Notices & Orders in ExpressTDS:
Step 1: Access the ExpressTDS portal using your username and password. Once logged in, the Deductor Master page will open, displaying a list of all Deductors.
Step 2: Click on the "Notice & Orders" button. This will open the page containing all Notices and Orders for the selected Deductor.
Step 3: To download the Notice/Orders, click on the PDF icon corresponding to the document you wish to download.
Additionally, you can easily download the Justification Report by clicking on the "Excel" icon, or view the Justification Report by clicking on the "eye" button.
If any Notices/Orders are received, you can easily raise a Justification Request directly from this page by clicking on the icon shown below.
By following these steps, you can easily view and download all Notices and Orders related to your Deductors in ExpressTDS, ensuring efficient document management and compliance tracking.
