This guide provides step-by-step instructions to activate or deactivate a client in ExpressReco.

Steps to Active or Inactive a Client Master

Step 1: Log In to ExpressReco
  1. Visit the ExpressReco Login Portal.
  2. Enter your credentials and log in.
Step 2: Inactive a Client
  1. Navigate to the Client Master section.
  2. Click the Edit button under the Action column for the relevant client.
      
  1. Click the Active/Inactive button and set the status to Inactive.
      
  1. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Step 3: Active a Client
  1. To reactivate a deactivated client, go to the Client Master section.
  2. Click the Edit button under the Action column.
  3. Click the Active/Inactive button and set the status to Active.
      
  1. Click Save to apply the changes.
✅ Your client status has been successfully updated.
