Importing Books Data via Excel

Step 1: Log in to ExpressReco
  1. Navigate to the ExpressReco login portal.
  2. Enter your credentials and log in.
Step 2: Select a Client
  1. Click on the client name to open their profile.
      
Step 3: Access the Import Books Feature
  1. Click on "Import Books".
      

Step 4: Download the Excel Template
  1. Download the provided Excel template for data entry.
      

Step 5: Enter TDS/TCS Details
  1. Fill in the template with TDS/TCS details corresponding to the books data.
      

Step 6: Import the Excel File
  1. Browse and select the completed Excel template from your system.
  2. Choose one of the following import options:
    1. Add: To append new entries to the existing book list, select "Add" and click "Import".
    2. Overwrite: To replace the existing book list with updated data, select "Overwrite" and click "Import".
            
  1. Click "Import" to proceed.
      

Step 7: Complete the Import Process
  1. Click "Proceed" to finalize the import.
      

Your data has been successfully imported into the system.
