After confirming the client and data selection, click on Start Sync to begin the synchronization process.
Step 7: Monitor the Synchronization Status
Allow the process to run uninterrupted until synchronization is completed successfully. The system will process and update the selected client data accordingly.
Step 8: Verify Synchronization Completion
Once the synchronization process is complete, review the sync status or confirmation message to ensure that all selected data has been synchronized successfully.
Important Guidelines & Best Practices
-
A stable and reliable internet connection is required for uninterrupted synchronization. Network instability may lead to delays or incomplete sync operations.
-
Do not close the application, shut down the system, or terminate the process while synchronization is in progress, as this may result in partial or failed synchronization.
-
After completion, verify the synchronization status to confirm that the latest data has been successfully updated for all selected clients.
-
It is recommended to perform periodic synchronization to maintain data consistency and ensure that all client records remain current within the application.
