How to Download GSTR-2A/2B Data in Excel in ExpressGST

Follow these steps to download GSTR-2A/2B data (invoice-wise or supplier-wise) in Excel from ExpressGST:

Step 1: Access the Reconciliation Section
  1. Go to the Reconciliation section on the ExpressGST dashboard.
  2. Select Books vs 2A/2B Annual from the reconciliation bar to display download options.
      

Step 2: Download GSTR-2A/2B Reco Data
  1. Click on the Download 2A/2B Reco Data option.
      
  1. Choose the required period and month.
      
  1. To download data for the entire year, select the financial year.
  2. In the download dialog box, choose the desired table (e.g., supplier-wise or invoice-wise) to download the data in Excel.
