Multi-Client Sync

Express ITR || Multi-Client Sync Process

The Multi-Client Synchronization feature in Spectrum-CLOUD ITR is designed to enable users to synchronize data for multiple clients through a single, consolidated process. This functionality enhances operational efficiency, reduces manual intervention, and ensures that client records remain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across the application.

Procedure to Perform Multi-Client Synchronization

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Master Module
Launch the Spectrum-CLOUD ITR application and navigate to the Client Master module from the main navigation menu.

Step 2: Access the Multi-Client Sync Feature
Within the Client Master module, select the Multi-Client Sync option to initiate the synchronization workflow.

Step 3: Open the Sync Bucket Interface
Upon selecting the Multi-Client Sync option, the Sync Bucket window will be displayed. This interface allows users to configure synchronization preferences and manage client selection.

Step 4: Select Clients for Synchronization
Choose the clients for whom data synchronization needs to be performed.
Users may:
  1. Utilize the Select All option to include all available clients, or
  2. Manually select specific clients based on operational or business requirements.

Step 5: Select Data Categories for Synchronization
Choose the applicable data categories that are required to be synchronized for the selected clients.
Available synchronization modules include:
  1. Notices & Orders – Synchronizes notices, communications, and orders issued by the Income Tax Department.
  2. AIS / TIS / Form 26AS – Synchronizes Annual Information Statement (AIS), Taxpayer Information Summary (TIS), and Form 26AS details.
  3. Returns Data – Synchronizes filed Income Tax Return (ITR) data for the selected clients.
  4. Filing Status – Synchronizes the latest filing status of client income tax returns.

Step 6: Initiate the Synchronization Process
After validating the client selection and selected synchronization modules, click Start Sync to commence the synchronization process.

Step 7: Monitor Synchronization Progress
Allow the synchronization activity to proceed uninterrupted. The application will retrieve, process, and update the selected client data accordingly.
Users are advised to monitor the synchronization progress until the process reaches successful completion.

Step 8: Validate Synchronization Completion
Upon completion of the synchronization activity, review the displayed status indicator, completion message, or synchronization summary to confirm that all selected records have been synchronized successfully.

Important Guidelines & Best Practices
To ensure successful and uninterrupted synchronization, please adhere to the following recommendations:
  1. Maintain a stable and high-speed internet connection throughout the synchronization process. Connectivity interruptions may result in delayed, incomplete, or failed synchronization activities.
  2. Avoid closing the application, shutting down the system, or forcefully terminating the process while synchronization is in progress, as this may impact data integrity and lead to incomplete synchronization.
  3. Upon completion, always verify the synchronization status to confirm that the latest client information has been updated successfully within the application.
  4. Perform regular synchronization activities at periodic intervals to maintain data consistency, ensure timely updates, and keep all client records aligned with the latest available information.
  5. In case of synchronization failure or unexpected interruption, re-initiate the synchronization process after confirming application stability and internet connectivity.
