To efficiently import bulk data into Form 10BB using Excel, follow these steps:
Step 1: Locate the Import Option
- On the left side of the form, find the "Particulars Annexures" section.
- Click on the option to Import Bulk Data using Excel.
Step 2: Prepare the Excel Template
- Navigate to Tools → Excel Template → Select Template 10BB Annexures.
- Enter the required data in the template.
- Save the Excel file to your local system (in any location).
Step 3: Upload the File
- Upload the prepared Excel file containing the necessary data.
- Ensure the file adheres to the correct format and structure for successful import.
In Excel, the Annexure Details for Form 10BB can include the following sections:- Details 9(A): Enter the required information for the first section as per the department's specifications.
- Details 9(B): Include relevant data for the second section of Annexure 9.
- Specified Person: Provide details about the specified person involved (e.g., trustees, founders, etc.).
- Schedule 40A(3): Input any payments exceeding the limit of ₹10,000 in cash as per Section 40A(3).
- Schedule 40A(3A): Include details about cash payments that do not comply with provisions under Section 40A(3A).
- Schedule TDS/TCS: Provide information on Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS).
- Schedule Statement of TDS and TCS: Fill in the details of TDS/TCS transactions and amounts.
- Schedule Interest on TDS/TCS: Specify the interest amounts related to TDS/TCS under the relevant section.
Once all the data is entered in the Excel file, import it into Form 10BB under the corresponding annexures for the details to populate automatically.
