Solution 

The solution of this error is if you entered other provision value in Disclosure of breakup of provisions [Table] ( Notes to balance sheet > Subclassification) then it is mandatory that you enter 'DisclosureOfOtherProvisionsTable' (notes to balance sheet > other provision ) table 

Go into transaction >notes of balance sheet > subclassification >Disclosure of breakup of provisions [Table]

Now Enter other provision table 

Go into transaction >notes of balance sheet >Other Provision
