The solution of this error is that you have to enter the equivalent value of "share premium for shares to be allotted " "terms and condition of share pending allotment" "number of share proposed to blessued " "number of shares proposed to blessued" in Disclosure of classes of share capital [Table] and in Subclassification

Go to transaction >Notes of Balance Sheet >Share Capital

Open Disclosure of classes of share capital [Table] > Equity shares 1 [Member]

If there is a value blank in the "Disclosure of classes of share capital [Table]" in these fields, then you have to keep the value blanks in the Subclassification as well.
