exbace validation error - Explicit member on axis (NameOfShareholderAxi) Of table DisclosureOfShareholdingMoreThanFivePercentinCompanyTable Should be present in sequential order 



Solution
The reason for this error is that the detail of 'Classes of share capital ' and 'Name of Shareholder ' in the 'DisclosureOfShareholdingMoreThanFivePercentinCompanyTable' is not in the sequential order in which the 'Classes of share capital'  is entered in the Disclosure of classes of share capital [Table].  let‟s understand this with following example in software. 

Go to transaction >Notes of Balance Sheet >Share capital 




Here (below illustration) 'classes of share capital' of DisclosureOfShareholdingMoreThanFivePercentinCompanyTable should exactly match the classes of share capital of 'Disclosure of classes of share capital [Table]' and 'Name of share holder' should be in the sequential order
For example -
The sequential order  of 'name of share holder ' for 'equity share 1' will be like this
Share holder 1
Share holder 2
Share holder 3
......

Even if there was 'equity share 2 ', the order would have been the same

Share holder 1
Share holder 2
Share holder 3
......
