How to Email a GSTR-1 Annual Report
To email a GSTR-1 Annual report, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the Client for whom you want to email the GSTR-1 report. This opens the Return Summary page, listing all types of GSTR returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
Step 2: In the section GSTR-1 Multi Month Summary of Filed Returns, click Email Annual Consolidated GSTR-1 Report.
Step 3: In the Send Email dialog box, enter the email addresses of the recipients.
This will send the GSTR-1 report to the specified recipients.
How to Email a GSTR-3B Annual Report
To email a GSTR-3B Annual report:
Step 1: Select the Client for whom you want to email the GSTR-3B report. This opens the Return Summary page.
Step 2: In the GSTR-3B section, click Prepare.
Step 3: Select Offset Liability, then click Email Computation.
Step 4: In the Send Email dialog box, enter the email addresses of the recipients.
This will send the GSTR-3B report to the specified recipients.
How to Email Annual Summary Report
To email an Annual Summary Report, follow these steps:
Step 1: Choose the client for whom you want to send the Annual Summary. This will open the Return Summary page.
Step 2: In the GSTR-9 section, click Prepare.
Step 3: Go to the Review tab and click on Annual Summary to view all types of annual reports.
Step 4: In the Send Email dialog box, enter the email addresses of the recipients.
This will email the Annual Summary Report to the specified recipients.
By following these steps, you can easily email the GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Summary reports to the necessary recipients directly from the ExpressGST portal.
