What to do when DSC MANAGEMENT UTILITY IS NOT OPENING

Solution:

For TDS Software :


While e-filing return if DSC Management Utility is not opening then follow the steps below:

            

Step 1:
Go to Root location of the software -
      "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen TDS\Binn"     OR     "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen TDS\Binn"

Step 2:
Check the Below files is available or not on particular location - 
      DSC_MGMT_UTILITY.jar OR DSC_MGMT_UTILITY_C.jar

            

Step 3: 
If the given files is not available on the system please download the Zen TDS files and replace the same at the root location of the software.

  1. For this Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"     OR     "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"
  2. Run Update.exe file.
  3. Select Download Manager.
            

  1. Download Zen TDS file, extract the "Zen TDS.zip" file, open the Zen TDS folder copy all files given inside the folder and paste then at the location below :

    C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\Zen TDS     OR     C:\Program Files\ K.D.K. Software\Zen TDS

This will completely update the Zen TDS Module.

Step 4:
Now, Run the software and then check the same activity in software, If proper persist Re-install JAVA at your system.



For Income Tax Software :

While e-filing return if DSC Management Utility is not opening then follow the steps below:

            

Step 1:
Go to Root location of the software -
      "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen IT\BIN"     OR     "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen IT\BIN"

Step 2:
Check the Below files is available or not on particular location - 
      DSC_MGMT_UTILITY.jar   OR   DSC_MGMT_UTILITY_C.jar
            
            

Step 3:
If the given files is not available on the system please download the Zen IT files and replace the same at the root location of the software.

  1. For this Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"     OR     "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"
  2. Run Update.exe file.
  3. Select Download Manager.
