Dot Net Framework error while opening software / Automation error while generating XML file

      
      

Issue: This error occurs when the Dot Net Framework 3.5 is not installed on your system. To resolve this, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Install Dot Net Framework 3.5

Step 2: Enable Dot Net Framework 3.5
  1. Open Control Panel on your system.
  2. Navigate to Programs -> Programs and Features.
  3. Click on 'Turn Windows features on or off.'
  4. In the window that appears, select the '.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)' checkbox and click OK.
            

Step 3: Address Installation Errors
In case of errors during the installation of Dot Net Framework 3.5, follow these steps:
  1. Open Services.msc.
  2. Enable 'Windows Update' in the Services options.
            

Step 4: Retry Installation
  1. Once the Windows Update service has been enabled, attempt to install Dot Net Framework 3.5 again.
  2. If the installation is successful, restart your system.
  3. Check the software for any errors.
