Directors Report - How to enter "No. of Shares "

Solution 

To enter  No. of Shares detail in directors detail you have to fill 'share capital' detail in 'formats'

Go into Transactions > Balance Sheet > Formats > Share detail 

Put here Number of share detail 

Now Go to Audit >Company Audit >Directors 

 

Here you can check, the details of the No. of Shares  must have come in the Directors Report
