Directors and Shareholders Information in ExpressITR

For Individuals or Firms

Step 1: Access Client Return Flow
  1. Open the client profile and go to the ITR Summary.
  2. Click on the Return Flow option.
      

Step 2: Navigate to E-Filing
  1. Select the E-Filing option.
      
Step 3: Enter Directors/Shareholding Details
  1. Open Schedule DIR/Shareholding Details.
      
  1. Fill in the relevant information for directors and shareholders.


For Companies

Step 1: Open Business and Profession Head
  1. Navigate to the Business Profession section.
      

Step 2: Select Business Information
  1. Click on Business Information and proceed to Origination Info.
      

Step 3: DPIIT Information & E-Filing
  1. Select DPIIT information as required, then click on the E-Filing option.
      

Step 4: Enter Shareholding Information
  1. Go to Sch Shareholding Option and enter the relevant shareholder details.
