Online Challan Payment
  1. Open the Challans module in the system and choose the applicable Form from the options available (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, or 27EQ).
            
  1. Click on the "Add New Challan" button to initiate a new payment entry.
            
  1. Fill these details and navigate to the "Challan Payment" section within the system.
            
  1. Specify the relevant section for which you are making the challan deposit.
  2. Allow the system to automatically retrieve necessary details from the master database.
  3. If not automatically fetched, manually input all mandatory information.
  4. Select Mode of payment (Debit Card, NEFT/RTGS, Payment Gateway Or Net Banking).
  5. Choose the desired bank from the list where you intend to deposit the payment.
            
  1. Click on the "e-Payment" button to proceed with the electronic payment process.
  2. Log in to the Income Tax portal using the provided credentials.
  3. Ensure that Income Tax login details are entered in the designated section under "Online Activities "Income Tax Activities"
            
  1. Allow the system to automatically populate relevant details after logging in.
  2. Upon successful login, the system redirects you to the selected bank's Net Payment Gateway facility.
            
  1. Enter your User ID and Password to access the Bank's internet Banking Module.
  2. Complete the e-payment process by supplying all necessary information as prompted by the bank's interface.
  3. Verify the transaction details and confirm the e-payment.
  4. After successful payment, ensure that a receipt or acknowledgment is generated for future reference.

By following these detailed steps, you can efficiently and accurately complete the process of depositing challans through the electronic payment system.




Offline Challan Payment (Pay at Bank Counter)
  1. Select Mode of payment (Pay at Bank Counter).
  2. Chosse Mode - CASH, Cheque or Demand Draft.
  3. Choose the desired bank from the list where you intend to deposit the payment.
            
  1. Click on the "e-Payment" button to proceed.
  2. Log in to the Income Tax portal using the provided credentials.
  3. Allow the system to automatically populate relevant details after logging in.
  4. Upon successful login, the system redirects you to the ITD Portal and generates the Challan in a PDF file.
            
            
            
  1. PDF File is saved on "C:\KDK Data\Zen TDS\OnlineChallans\Assessment Year\Deductor Code\Quarter\BankName"
