Billing || Client master Import from Income Tax / TDS

To initiate the import process for the Client Master, ensure that you first select the Consultant Master.

Go to the Import form for Master Data, specifically designed for importing data from Income Tax or TDS Software.
To access it, follow the menu path: Master → Client Master → Import From other Clients.

      

Import from Income Tax:
If you want to import master data from Income Tax, choose the option → Client Master.
Choose the appropriate client from the list displayed on the Import form(This is the client for which you want to import master data).
Once you've selected the desired client, locate and click on the "Import" button. This action will initiate the import process for the chosen client.

Import from TDS:
If your intention is to import master data from TDS, select the option → Deductor.
Choose the appropriate Deductor and click on the "Import" button.


Error: Invalid object name 'DEDUCTER_DETAIL'

      

Solution:
If you encounter an error stating 'Invalid object name 'DEDUCTER_DETAIL'':
  1. Begin by running the TDS Software first.
  2. If the issue persists, carefully review and correct the SQLConfig.lan file, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
