Solution 

In Auditor report has four options for Auditor's qualification(s), reservation(s) or adverse remark(s) in auditors' report, These options are like this, 
1.Auditor's favourable remark [Member]
2.Auditor's unfavourable remark [Member]
3.Auditor's disclaimer remark
4.clause not applicable 

If you make the table for all the above four  options, do not enter the remark in the same disclosure which you have already used in other tables 


Go into transaction > Auditors Report








In Disclosure of auditor's qualification(s), reservation(s) or adverse remark(s) in auditor's report [Table] "Remark" must fill in all disclosures.
