If you encounter an error while generating Crystal Reports, it may be due to a missing or outdated driver.

After the download is complete, follow these steps:
Installation Process:
  1. If you already have Crystal Reports runtime installed, it's recommended to uninstall the existing version first.
  2. Proceed with the installation of the downloaded setup file.
Verification and Testing:
  1. Once the updated runtime is installed, relaunch the software.
  2. Attempt to generate the Crystal Report again to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
